Short answer: GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month. Yearly billing is $970, $2,970 or $4,970, so you get two months free. Starter allows 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited allows as many as you want. Texting, calls, email and AI cost extra. I am on Unlimited at $297 with 67 sub-accounts.

The costs on top of the plan
GoHighLevel bills usage from a wallet. Here is what my own agency billing shows:
- AI voice agent: $0.094 a minute.
- AI chat (Conversation AI): $0.0029 a reply.
- AI assistant seat: $20 a month.
- Texts, calls and email: rebilled at cost on Unlimited. Agency Pro lets you add a markup.
My wallet runs about $15 and tops itself up $10 at a time. For a small agency, usage is a small line next to the $297.
Starter or Unlimited?
Starter caps you at 3 sub-accounts. The 4th client pushes you to Unlimited. At 10 clients, Unlimited is about $30 per client a month. At 67, it is under $5. If you plan to grow past 3, start on Unlimited and skip the move later.
How I picked
I run GoHighLevel every day, so that part is first-hand. For the other tools I read each company's own pricing page on October 6, 2026. I did not use review sites for prices. I have not run HubSpot, ClickFunnels or Kajabi for clients. When I say who each tool is for, that is a judgement from their plans and limits, not from years of use.
